BSc STUDENT AWARD (ABROAD)
Tasnuba Tabassum Mourin and Nawrin Tasnim of BME-05 participated in the “4th International Clinical Engineering & Health Technology Management Congress (IV ICEHTMC) 2021” at Lake Buena Vista, Florida, USA, from October 24 - 26, 2021. They have been awarded the ‘Best Student Award” in the Home Care category for their presentation titled “Scalable Telehealth Systems for Providing Psychopathic Therapies to Rehabilitate Drug Abusers Aiming to Salvage the Youth in Well-Being of Bangladesh”. This project was supervised by Major Md. Ashrafuzzaman, Ph.D, EME. IV ICEHTMC 2021 was jointly organized by World Health Organization (WHO), the Clinical Engineering Division, the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (CED, IFMBE), and The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). Their research work has also been accepted for publication in the Global Clinical Engineering Journal on the next issue.
